The Supreme Mufti Sheikh Mohammed Galabuzi today paid a courtesy call on the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago at City Hall. The Supreme Mufti appreciated the Lord Mayor’s firm stance on matters affecting the downtrodden and stated that legacy is only built by leaders like him who consistently articulate issues affecting the citizenry.
The Lord Mayor who warmly welcomed the Supreme Mufti said that it is always a privilege to host the Supreme Mufti at City Hall. He applauded the continuous interaction with all religious leaders which has augmented the working relationship between the City leadership and all faiths. Also present at the brief meeting were the three Executive Secretaries; Johnmary Ssebuwufu, Olive Namazzi and Hakim Kizza.
